In these individual sessions, I offer an emotionally, somatically, and psychologically attuned presence grounded in nonjudgmental curiosity and creative way-finding. Together, we collaborate in a process that honors and moves toward the heartfelt intentions you bring.

Drawing upon my training and experience in eco-therapeutics, Jungian dreamwork and active imagination, psychodrama, parts work, ritual and ceremony, mindfulness, and meditation, I support you in deepening contact with the innate wisdom, guidance, and healing that live within you. This work invites you into a more authentic relationship with yourself, where growth and transformation can emerge organically from the wholeness of your being.

We can meet in a private and natural setting outisde of Johnson City, TN or by video or phone.

I offer a sliding scale of

$60-$90 for 60 minute sessions or

 $90-135 for 90-minute sessions.

And if the above fee-scale is prohibitive, I am open to working out alternative arrangements.
